What in the World is a PipaMango?
One of the more common questions we get asked is what does PipaMango mean? If you're also curious, here is a short write up on the origins of the name:
PipaMango got its origins in the early 1800s…just kidding. While my little brother doesn’t remember it, pip a mango is actually the phrase my dad and little brother would use to refer to cutting up and eating a mango: a clean, simple, and memorable term right from the mouth of a child. While that was a few years ago now, the phrase stuck with me and has resurfaced into the store name PipaMango. I hope you enjoy the website, products, and ideas as much as I enjoy thinking of the memory of how the term pip a mango came to exist in our family.
