Gift Card Policy

Gift cards can be used towards the purchase of any of the products on our website and any of our escape rooms unless an exception is identified.

For escape room bookings, booking must be made through our booking site link which can be found on our website under events.

Gift card use is dependent on product and escape room availability. We can't guarantee a product or appointment availability.

We are not responsible for an inability to use a gift card which can be due to but not limited by a participant not being old enough or in fit condition to participate in an escape room.

Refunds for gift cards are not available unless the balance remaining is lower than $5, and refunds are at the discretion of the company. There is no guarantee on timing and form of the refund if one is issued.
